I’m Brenda Boykins, an experienced office optimization consultant based in St. Petersburg, Florida, with over two decades of leadership across office management, organizational support, administrative services, and technology-enabled operations.

My career has been grounded in one core belief: strong systems create strong organizations.

Throughout my career, I’ve built a diverse professional background spanning education, nonprofit services, property management, retail operations, and corporate technology environments. From managing internal help desk teams supporting over 1,100 users to overseeing real estate office operations for more than 16 years, I’ve consistently been trusted with responsibility for people, processes, and performance.

My experience includes team leadership, vendor coordination, regulatory compliance support, operational documentation, client relations, and workflow optimization. Whether supervising technical staff, managing office compliance, or supporting high-impact projects, my work has always centered on organization, service excellence, and practical problem-solving.

These experiences inspired the creation of PRETE Office Management Solutions — a firm built on Professional Resources, Efficiency, Technology, and Excellence. PRETE reflects everything I’ve learned over decades of service: that organizations thrive when administrative systems are clear, technology is leveraged intentionally, and people are supported with care and accountability.

My goal is simple: to help businesses operate smarter, reduce overwhelm, and build sustainable workflows that allow leaders to focus on growth.
